This is such a thoughtful picture book that suited today. Louise is feeling sad that it is such a grey and wet day, but goes for a walk and uses her imagination to turn all the sad things into exciting stories. She seeks refuge at the library and gets lost in the worlds of books.
"A rainy day may seem gray, but if you take a walk outside, you just may find your way to a special place filled with stories that will please. Just ask Louise."
