January is such a good time of the year to start new projects and to create new schedules and routines. After much thought about what I can write about everyday, enjoy writing about and stick with, I've decided to post a "quote-a-day" from whatever I've read that day. I am an avid reader, mainly of books, but lately also of blogs, online news, e-books, and lots of journal articles (mostly for classes). The majority of my recent artwork has its roots in books and the written word, so it will be interesting to keep track of whose words have had an impact on me and on what days.
