Day 20 - Quinoa 365: The Everyday Superfood by Patricia Green & Carolyn Hemming
This is one of my favourite "go-to" recipe books when needing some healthy food inspiration. We had an amazing dinner thanks to the Rustic Vegetable Soup recipe (pictured below). I paired it with crunchy bacon, garlic cheesy baguettes and a refreshing kale, spinach, avocado salad. Needless to say all bowls were cleared and no complaints or requests for dessert.
